  Kandy There are several beautiful towns in Sri Lanka. “Kandy” is one of them.It’s one of my favorite ones.  Kandy is the main town in the Central Province. The world famous “Sri Dalada Maligawa” is situated in Kandy. It is a sacred place as the Lord Buddha's Tooth Relic is enshrined there.We have also visited Dalada Maligawa in several times . “The Kandy Perahera” is world famous. It is held in the month of July every year. Not only local Not only tourists but also thousands of foreign tourists come to visit this attractive procession.Our family members also went to visit Dalada Perahara.There are whip crackers and Kandyan dancers too in this procession.   Sri Lanka's most beautiful botanical garden is located a few miles from Kandy.It is “Peradeniya Botanical Garden” and it’s in Peradeniya.It’s is a colorful and attractive garden.It is full of beautiful flowers and different trees.It has also become a popular destination among foreign tourists too.   “Kandy Lake”...

Vesak Poya     Vesak is the most important religious festival of Buddhists. It is held in the month of May every year.  It marks three important events in the life of Lord Buddha.  They are the birth, enlightenment and parinirvana of Lord Buddha.     We celebrate "Sil" on this day.  Our grandmother also celebrate “Sil”on all Poya days. We also listen to sermons and other religious talks.  We decorate our homes with Vesak lanterns,buckets and other decorations.  We also illuminate our houses with colored bulbs. We are happy to see them.     We go to see pandals, we go to worship temples. We all go on pilgrimages to sacred places.  All these actions purify our thoughts.  Special religious programmes are implemented by Buddhist associations.  Vesak lantern competitions are also held.Vesak is very colorful and great festival.

  Madhavee Wathsala Anthony  My favorite artist is Madhavee Wathsala Anthony.  She is an actress in Sri Lankan cinema.  Madhavi, who started as a child artist through the popular TV musical show Hapan Padura, has also made her career as a singer, dancer, model and TV anchor.She is a multi-talented woman. She was born on August 6, 1988 in Colombo.  Jackson Anthony and Kumari Munasinghe are her parents.  After her schooling, she pursued her higher education at Kelaniya and Colombo Universities. She has two brothers and they are talented artists in Sri Lanka.They are Akila Dhanuddara and Sajitha Anthony. She is a talented artist in Sri Lanka and she has won many awards. I would love to be a famous Sri Lankan character like her.

  Kane I had a puppy.It's name "Kane".He is rottweiler one. It is black in color.It has short black tail.It barks loudly and strongers.He runs very fast.It is pampered with us.I take a lot of photos of him, so I have a lot of photos of Kane. I love spend time with Kane.Kane plays with me and goes for walk with me.Kane eat Bread,Milk,Biscuits but he most of like to eat meat. He is very faithfully,cute,intelligent,and energy all time.He protects our house especially during nights and no one dares to come in front of him.He is not just our pet dog He is important member of my family.Sadly,He passed away three months ago.We love our dog and miss him alway s.

University Of The Visual & Performing Arts This 2022 year is that happiest year in my life.I had a fantastic dream in my life .It's become a true and I could entered to the  SriLankan university. I successfully completed my AL exam in arts stream in my 1shy and after that I selected to University of the visual perform and visual arts music faculty.When I heard this good news I really happy because it is one of my dreams and my parent’s dream became true. So I don't have words to say my happy about it.I think I started a new journey in my life there are lots of things I have to gain my knowledge.This university is one of the greatest place in my studying life.teachers in here  they are very helpful people for our study.So from today I have a target in my life,My aim is become a best student end of my degree. When I complete my degree I can provide my service to my motherland because I'm one of the student who get free education in Sri Lanka.In my university life however ...

Ryan Ryan is my little brother.Actually he is my aunt's son.He is 5years old.These days he goes to pre school. He has round face like moon.He is fair in complexion and has straight short black hair.His eyes are very beautiful.He is very cute and he is very mischievous.Sometimes he cries loudly and sometimes he smiles cutely.I call him to "Chuti Malli" He has only one brother and his name is Bryan.I am going to see him often and I bring lots of toys for him.We are very happy beacause of him.I love to see his lovely face and eyes.

  Hingurakdamana Maha Vidyalaya  The school where i did my primary education was Hingurakdamana Maha Vidyalaya.After I went to another school for my higher education but still my favorite school is Hingurakdamana Maha Vidyalaya. Our school is very beautiful beacause it is a rural school.My school is located in Polonnaruwa Hingurakdamana area.Students study there from primary level to advanced level.Currently about 250 students are studying in my school and about 27 teachers  are working there. Many students have graduated from this school and entered the universities.I'm one of them.Currently many people who studied in my school are working in high job levels.Today when I see my school I feel very happy and proud beacause I'm also a student there.
